Jane Allan

Jane Allan is a boudoir photographer and photography educator with a passion for empowering women and telling their stories through photography.

Having fallen in love with photography at the age of seven, Jane has spent more than 20 years developing her craft. She specialises in boudoir photography, where she combines careful preparation, thoughtful styling and a relaxed approach to create images that celebrate each woman’s individuality and confidence.

Jane also has extensive experience photographing families and now teaches photographers at every stage, from complete beginners to working professionals. She is passionate about helping people develop their photography skills and create beautiful images of the people and moments that matter most.

Jane is also the founder of The Lens Lounge, an online photography training resource offering practical education for photographers looking to improve their skills and get more from their cameras.

With her combination of photography experience, teaching expertise and love of organisation and research, Jane brings a practical, approachable and enthusiastic perspective to photography education.
