Speakers Proposal Form

The Society of Photographers invite applications to speak at the 2025 Convention. If you are interested and would like to speak, please fill in the form below.

The Society of Photographers 2025 Convention

Full Convention: Wednesday 15th – Saturday 18th January 2025
FREE* Trade Show Dates: Thursday 16th – Saturday 18th January 2025
Venue: Novotel London West, Hammersmith

Please fill in a separate form for each proposed class.
One speaker per class (unless previously agreed)
Overseas *Non UK applicants must submit a minimum of 2 Masterclass and 1 Superclass proposal unless otherwise discussed or accepted as a Convention judge
UK applicants must submit a minimum of 2 Masterclass proposals
Superclass proposals will not be considered if they are not accompanied by at least 1 Masterclass proposals
Returning applicants must submit fresh, new ideas for 2025 (no class which has been taught before will be accepted)

Title of talk

Masterclass – 90 minute in a lecture style (not hands-on)
Superclass – 4 hours. Hands-on class limited to 15 delegates
Business School – 1 hour

Type of class

Delegates experience level

Talk descriptions and speaker bio must be submitted in third-person narrative and must be descriptive enough for publication should you be successful (min 300 words each).
