Sony has unveiled the FE 400-800mm F6.3-8 G OSS (SEL400800G), the brand’s first 800mm super-telephoto zoom G Lens. Designed for professional and enthusiast photographers alike, this new Alpha lens offers exceptional resolution throughout the zoom range, beautifully rendered bokeh, and advanced autofocus (AF) performance. With its innovative inner-zoom design, the lens maintains a stable center of gravity, ensuring smooth and balanced handling. Additionally, compatibility with Sony’s 1.4x and 2x teleconverters allows for an extended focal length of up to 1600mm, making it an ideal choice for capturing birds, wildlife, sports, aircraft, and landscapes.
