Unseen Echoes: Travelling Photography Exhibition on Domestic Abuse to Feature at the London Photo Convention

Unseen Echoes: Travelling Photography Exhibition

The Christopher James Hall Foundation (CJHF) is bringing its poignant photography exhibition, Unseen Echoes, to the 2025 London Photo Trade Show & Convention, held from 16–18 January at the Novotel London West, Hammersmith. This emotionally resonant exhibition sheds light on the silent struggles of domestic abuse victims while celebrating the courage and resilience of survivors.

Award-winning photographer Christopher James Hall, founder of the CJHF, has curated this powerful collection of images that capture the emotional and physical impacts of domestic abuse. His work seeks to amplify the voices of survivors, inspire empathy, and encourage society to confront this often-hidden issue.

“Domestic abuse frequently remains hidden behind closed doors, leaving survivors feeling invisible and unheard,” Christopher James Hall shares. “Unseen Echoes brings these stories into the light, showing the strength it takes to survive and the bravery it takes to speak out. We hope this exhibition fosters awareness and inspires meaningful change.”

The Mission Behind Unseen Echoes

The exhibition is part of CJHF’s ongoing efforts to advocate for social inclusion and empower individuals through the lens of photography. By collaborating with organisations that support domestic abuse survivors, the foundation seeks to raise awareness, build empathy, and drive advocacy for change.

As a travelling exhibition, Unseen Echoes is designed to reach communities across the UK, offering free admission to ensure accessibility. Visitors are encouraged to donate, supporting CJHF’s vital initiatives, which include education, workshops, and community photography projects that uplift marginalised voices.
