The commissioned portrait award is aimed at a custom-created photographic work, produced exclusively by commission. It may be contemporary or traditional in style, and is captured either in a controlled studio setting or within an environmental location chosen to reflect the subject’s character, profession, or personal narrative. Each portrait is thoughtfully planned and executed to create a distinctive, one-of-a-kind representation of the individual.
