FotoFest 2026: Photography Festival Comes to Bath Spa University
Photography enthusiasts, professionals and creatives are being invited to FotoFest 2026, a major one-day celebration of photography taking place at Bath Spa University on Sunday, September 6, 2026.
Organised by Fotospeed, FotoFest brings together some of the biggest names in photography, leading photographic brands, talks, demonstrations and hands-on experiences for a day designed to inspire photographers at every level.
With a new home at Bath Spa University’s Newton Park campus, FotoFest 2026 promises to be bigger, more interactive and more immersive than previous editions, giving visitors the opportunity to discover new ideas, meet photographers and educators, explore the latest photographic equipment and learn more about the creative process.
A day of photography, inspiration and learning
FotoFest is designed to be much more than a traditional photography exhibition. The event combines talks and presentations from leading photographers with opportunities to explore equipment, meet brands and discover new approaches to image-making.
The programme will feature a series of talks covering photography, creativity, wildlife, landscape, printing and the technical side of image-making.
Among the headline speakers announced for FotoFest 2026 are Tim Flach, Jack Lodge, Glyn Dewis and Keith Cooper.
Tim Flach
Renowned photographer Tim Flach is known for his powerful and thought-provoking images of animals and the natural world. His work explores the relationship between humans and animals, highlighting both the beauty and vulnerability of the animal kingdom.
Jack Lodge
Dorset-based landscape and wildlife photographer Jack Lodge specialises in capturing the changing character of the South West’s landscapes. His work explores how light, weather and the seasons transform the countryside.
Glyn Dewis
Photographer, author and educator Glyn Dewis is well known for making technical photography, Photoshop, retouching and printing subjects accessible and practical. His extensive experience as an educator and author makes him a popular speaker with photographers looking to improve both their creative and technical skills.
Keith Cooper
Internationally respected commercial photographer, educator and print specialist Keith Cooper brings decades of experience in digital photography, colour management and fine-art printing. Through Northlight Images, Keith has helped photographers understand the technical side of photography and printing without making it unnecessarily complicated.
