THE MOST ADVANCED NINJA EVER: ALL-NEW DESIGN WITH SDI, CFEXPRESS, INTEGRATED CLOUD FEATURES, AND BLAZINGLY FAST PERFORMANCE.

Holdan is excited to announce the release of the new Atomos Ninja TX, a powerful new addition to the Ninja family redesigned from the ground up for modern workflows. Unlike other Ninja models, Ninja TX includes both 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 I/O, built-in Wi-Fi, and AirGlu™ timecode sync, all in a compact, lightweight 5-inch body with improved thermal design.

Despite its size, Ninja TX packs the performance of the Shogun Ultra and adds support for ultra-fast CFexpress Type B cards and USB-C drives for flexible, high-speed recording. It runs on the new AtomOS (Linux-based) for faster performance, streamlined updates, and a more intuitive interface.

The 1500-nit touchscreen is 50% brighter than previous Ninjas and loaded with advanced monitoring tools like EL ZONE™ false colour, waveform, vectorscope, and focus peaking, giving creators precise control on set.

Built for today’s connected workflows, Ninja TX supports direct uploads to cloud platforms like Frame.io and Dropbox, offers 20GB of free ATOMOSphere storage, and allows real-time streaming via NDI 6/HX3.

This is the most advanced and capable Ninja we’ve ever built,” said Peter Barber, Atomos CEO. “While it may look similar at first glance, Ninja TX is a completely new product, re-engineered from the ground up. There’s nothing carried over from previous models. The mechanical design, electronics, and thermal system have all been rebuilt to make this possible.”

I’m incredibly proud of the Atomos engineering team for achieving what many would’ve thought impossible: fitting 12G-SDI, HDMI, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and timecode sync via AirGlu into such a compact and lightweight design to create a highly portable, run-and-gun, monitor-recorder,” added Peter. “Atomos invented this category, and Ninja TX takes us even further ahead. Its size and versatility make it ideal for any professional camera rig. This is going to be a must-have for filmmakers everywhere. Ninja TX is the new production standard. No other monitor-recorder comes close.”

Ready to Shoot, Right Out of the Box
Ninja TX comes with all major codecs pre-activated Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW, Avid DNx, and H.265/H.264 so you can start shooting immediately with the right format for your project. It supports a wide range of resolutions and frame rates, including 120fps in HD, 60fps in 4K, and 30fps in 8K.
A redesigned cooling system keeps the unit quieter and cooler, while dual USB-C ports allow for simultaneous connection of external drives, accessories, or calibration tools. With both 12G-SDI and HDMI, Ninja TX is compatible with virtually any camera setup.

To ensure cable stability in demanding environments, Ninja TX features a rugged locking system for HDMI and USB-C, with dedicated brackets and an included USB-C locking cable delivering one of the most secure connections in the industry.
