Rotolight NEO 3 breaks new ground winning best on-camera flash in illustrious industry awards
The Rotolight Neo 3 has been crowned as the leading On-Camera Flash by the respected UK publication, Photography News, in their 2021 awards program. The prestigious accolade represents an industry first as an RGBWW LED light collects the title, heading off a host of other notable manufacturers that were shortlisted in the category.

Other lights shortlisted in the category were the Profoto A10, the Pixapro GI01 Round Head TTL and the Hahnel Modus 360RT; all of which offer the form and function of more traditional strobe lights. The Rotolight NEO 3 picking up the win in the On-Camera Flash category this year represents a considerable achievement for an LED light. Notwithstanding the light’s groundbreaking continuous light capabilities, the pocket-sized powerhouse offers an array of bicolour LEDs with a selectable colour temperature range of 3000K to 10,000K. This, along with 16.7 million colours in HSI mode and 2500 filters, are all available in continuous or flash mode with flash sync up to 1/8000sec possible.

Rotolight is also launching an exciting native iOS and Android app that will connect with both the NEO 3 and AEOS 2. Users can easily switch between lighting modes to adjust colour, power and flash settings whilst being able to create custom groups and projects on up to 20 lights simultaneously with AEOS 2 and NEO 3 acting as a bridge to control the larger Rotolight Titans.
