Land and Sea Photography Competition – Winners Announced
The Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographers has announced the winners of the Land and Sea Photography Competition.
The theme for July’s competition on The Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographer’s website was Land and Sea. Images that depicted great vistas from either Land or Sea and which show great atmosphere and mood were invited for entry.
Alessandro Tear’s image was chosen as the winner from over 560 entries.
Alessandro from London, England has won 12 months membership to The Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographers SINWP.
Alessandro tells us on winning the competition
“Wow thank you very much. it was taken with a Canon eos 550d with a 24-70mm 2.8 aperture lens with a 195s shutter length. It was taken in Brighton of the West Pier at sunset with a neutral density filter.”

The 2nd place image was Jan Ison from St Brelade, Jersey and 3rd place Chris Benham from Cheshire have both won 6 months membership to the Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographer
