Ann Aveyard says “I am thrilled to be nominated for these prestigious awards. I only took up photography four and a half years ago after taking early retirement from a full and busy career as a nurse in the NHS. Photography has become my passion and I enjoy many genres of it from wedding and portrait photography to wildlife, landscapes and street photography. It is very rare for a day to go by without me taking a photograph”.
