August Photographic Competitions – Open to both members and non-members alike

The Societies are pleased to launch August’s Photographic Competitions.

We would like to thank all those who have previously entered The Societies’ monthly photographic competitions. This month we launch another four competitions for you to enter and we look forward to seeing more stunning images.

Entries are invited from everyone who is interested in photography.

Life on Planet Earth
This month’s competition gives you a great scope to enter a variety of images. From tiny creatures to the largest mammals and all fauna & flora.

On the Road
For this competition we are looking for images that depicts your travels; from the site and scenes that you come across on the road. It may be a person, a place, a structure or anything that portrays travel through your camera lens.

Smiles
For this competition we are looking for images of smiles. Whether its children enjoying the summer, a bride and groom on their special day, or any activity where the subject has a great smiling expression, we are looking forward to seeing your entries.

Grandstand View
Lets see those sporting moments. They may be from professional teams or individuals or just a fun sporting accession. Show us examples of true action and activity which can include the grit of determination or the revelation from success. Images that show a clear story are always best so lets see those great exciting sporting moments – Grandstand View
