Simple Single-Light Stunning Dog Shots

Sauternes

Join Jess to discover how to work safely with real dogs in studio scenarios with just one light. Always advocating for the dog whilst capturing simple yet stunning portraits, watch Jess tackle real-life situations that unfold throughout a session with the most limited of kit, from overcoming fear and worry, to making it simple for pet dogs to “find the pose” themselves. You don’t need to have previous studio or off-camera flash experience for this class, but it will certainly be helpful. Similarly, you don’t need to have any dog experience at all, but it will be helpful!

In this class, Jess will photograph the models and discuss all situations that arise in short breaks for the dogs. Due to the nature of live animals in this demonstration who are likely to not be trained models, and instead are pet dogs who will react just like client dogs would, students will not be shooting in the class and therefore cameras are not required. A notepad and an open mind are all that is necessary. Prepare yourselves, there’s going to be a lot of information in a short space of time!

Limited to just 15 delegates these informative and educational workshops will enhance your Convention experience.
