Creative Dance Photography – Concept – Shoot – Edit

Sauternes

This Superclass sees Neil Shearer leading a workshop that has never been done before. Building on his successful Fellowship panel from last year he will teach delegates to see beyond simple white background imagery when working with dancers and create something truly original.

Delegates will be involved in creating their own concepts, they will then have time with one of the dancers to execute their shoot plan. Finally, they will be taught how to take their images to another level in post-production.

During this superclass, delegates will learn:
– How to concept ideas that stand out
– How to get the most out of dancers, even if they have no background in dance
– The basics of creating backgrounds with CGI and graphic design
– Shooting with stroboscopic flash and motion blur
– Post-processing techniques to supercharge your workflow
– How to market your final images

If you want to experience something different this year, then this is the class for you. This is the first time this class has ever been taught and will likely not be taught again for some time.

It is suitable for intermediate photographers who have a knowledge of working with flash photography.

If you are looking for a more hands-on experience without having to fight the crowds, then Superclasses are for you.

Limited to just 15 delegates these informative and educational workshops will enhance your Convention experience.
