Yes! Children are more than welcome to attend.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are allowed, but please check the venue’s policies as some restrictions may apply. There is a fee of £15 per night for pets to stay at the Novotel London West.
Refund Policy
All bookings are final, and no refunds are provided. Please note that speakers and exhibitors may change without prior notice.
Parking
The hotel offers 240 secure, covered parking spaces. Self-parking is available for £36 per day. Hotel residents pay £1.50 per hour, while non-residents pay £3.50 per hour.
