Question:
Does the image have to be 20×16″ in size ?
Answer:
All entries must be 20×16 inches (or 50x40cm) inclusive of the mount. In the case of single aperture entries the image within the mount must have one side of at least 10 inches (254 mm). If the aperture is circular/irregular the image must measure 10 inches in diameter (across the centre of the image). In the case of multiple apertures with the mount each image must have one side of at least 2 inches and the apertures must total a minimum of 10 inches as a cohesive image. If the aperture is circular/irregular the image must measure 2 inches in diameter (across the middle).

Do I need to put an application form on the back of each image?
Answer:
Yes you do. We cannot accept images without application forms attached.

How do I work out return postage?
Answer:
The online entry system will work out the postage for you.
Question:
How much is return postage?
Answer:
This depends on the amount of prints you enter. We charge a £5 base fee to cover employee time and packaging materials, plus £1.50 for each print. For example, to return 2 prints it would cost £8.00. To return 5 prints it would cost £12.50 and so on.

How/When will you return my prints to me?
Answer:
Your images will be returned using courier within 4 weeks of the competition being judged.

When will my images be judged?
Answer:
We cannot guarantee what time your images will be judged, but we do provide a running order of categories, and we do aim to judge all images within the times given on our website.
Question:
How many images can I enter?
Answer:
As many as you like, there are no rules regarding how many you can submit.
