Christopher James Hall is an award-winning social documentary photographer and founder of the Christopher James Hall Foundation (CJHF). Overcoming personal adversity, including homelessness, Christopher discovered photography as a transformative tool for self-expression and social change. His journey began through a charity project, leading to a career dedicated to empowering marginalised voices and raising awareness of critical social issues.

Christopher’s work has been recognised with accolades such as the Special Contribution Award for his impact on the photography industry and the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire Award for significant community contributions. Through CJHF, he has collaborated with over 42 organisations, creating impactful exhibitions and publications addressing homelessness, domestic abuse, and social exclusion.

Drawing on his personal experiences, Christopher combines ethical storytelling with community-driven projects. His exhibitions have engaged thousands of visitors, fostering understanding and inclusivity. He continues to champion photography as a medium for empowerment, connection, and meaningful social change.
