18-Month Apprenticeship Programme
The Photography Apprenticeship provides learners with the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed in the photographic industry. The programme not only covers technical ability and creative development, but also focuses on key professional attributes such as strong work ethic, adaptability, honesty, organisation, and communication.

How It Works
📸 Face-to-Face Teaching
Learners take part in monthly seminars led by international photographers. These one-day training sessions are delivered either in person or remotely via Teams or Zoom.

🎓 Skill Coach Mentoring
Each apprentice receives one-to-one support from a dedicated Skills Coach, who guides them through workplace learning, helping to build confidence and refine professional behaviours.

💻 Online Learning & Self-Study
Through partnership with the Master Photographers Association, learners gain access to monthly training sessions, image critiques, and a wealth of online learning resources to further enhance their photographic skills.
