I've had my hard copy of the latest edition of Professional Imagemaker sat on the dining table for a few days now and only just this afternoon decided to spend some time having a read. So far I have got as far as page 4.
Mike McNamee might well be the editor but I don't see that as a reason to indulge himself with politicking in an editorial aimed at people who get paid to take photographs of one sort or another. In my view his fanciful language and name calling is completely inappropriate. I have had to write 1000 word monthly articles for various magazines in the past and sometimes it is difficult to think up something new to say, but cheap shots about individuals who a) can't answer back and b) are not even aware of the piece is far from being professional.
I am assuming pages 5 onwards get better.
