Photography competition opens TODAY with prize fund of £1000+

The Wilkinson Cameras store in Chester (previously Camera Solutions) has recently re-opened following a complete redesign and total makeover.  To celebrate the beauty of the city and the new store, the team at Wilkinson Cameras is launching a photography competition called Capture Chester – open to all – with a total prize fund of more than £1000!

Photographers can also enter images via their own Instagram or twitter accounts simply by using the hashtags #capturechester or #wilkichester when pictures are posted.

The competition is open to everyone and is set to celebrate the beauty of Chester and the surrounding areas – and there’s no fancy camera required to take part!   Images can be shot on any camera, phone or tablet and the first 50 entries will also receive a £10 voucher for photo print services within the new Wilkinson Cameras store*.

Winning images will also be displayed via the digital TV screens in the Wilkinson Cameras store window – so winners can take the whole family along to see their images up in lights – lovely for the younger photographers especially.

Images can be taken on any digital device – phone, tablet or any kind of camera.
